A very attractive example. [The ACSC states that about 20 examples, all used, are recorded. Stuart Hardy's significantly off-centre example sold at auction in 2013 for $4427]

The normal stamp being dated the same day at the same small PO raises the intriguing question "Could the error be the result of a wmk bit that was inverted on the dandy roll, rather than the sheet being inverted prior to printing!?"
