Smooth Paper 1d red Plate 2 [34] being the Die II Substituted Cliché ACSC #71(2)ja on 22.9.1919 cover to a soldier with the AIF Abroad, Melbourne 'FINISH THE JOB/BUY PEACE BONDS' slogan cancel, minor faults well clear of the stamp, Cat $150 used but unpriced on cover. A very rare franking. [A very late post-War usage to a soldier abroad, sent more than 10 months after the Armistice was signed on 11.11.1918]
