PARCEL POST: A large packet containing A3 display pages mounted with a collection of parcel post address labels or large pieces of highly franked items, addressed to inland and foreign destinations, inc. a stunning large env. to Australia rated 17/6d made up of 70 stamps postmarked 15 Feb. 1959; a large env. posted to Kenya on 19 Mar. 1963 rated £1.1.9d made up of 42 x 5d + 2 x 3d stamps; a 7½oz. registered air mail packet env. to the USA rated at £1.5.6d made up with £1 & 5/- Castles + 6d Wilding postmarked 7 Nov. 1967; a registered 18oz. packet (label) posted to the USA rated at £2.17.0d made up with Castles & SS Great Britain stamps postmarked 31 Jan. 1969; and other such high value and large scale items. AIR MAILS: A large packet containing 12 A3 display pages mounted with a collection of mail sent to overseas destinations by air mail inc. a burned env. addressed to the USA recovered from an air crash at Prestwick Airport in 1954; plus other covers to Afghanistan, Australia, Bermuda, Cameroon, Canada, India, Japan, Malaya, New Zealand, Nigeria, South Africa, Sweden, Venezuela, some classified by postal rates. INLAND REGISTERED MAIL 1952-69: A large box containing a display of 22 A3 sized pages mounted with a collection of registered envs. & a range of postal stationery inc. an 8½d INLAND REGISTERED LETTER env. posted by Express Delivery rated 2/2½d with a "MINIMUM REGISTRATION/6D/EXTRA" cachet & a 1/- stamp postmarked 4 Aug. 1956; several items with instructional markings (mainly "POSTED OUT OF COURSE") and several used "ADVICE OF DELIVERY..." forms. Stirling" in the British Cameroons uprated with a 3d stamp postmarked with London B.A.P.O. & Stirling (!) cds and sealed with Customs & Excise tape tied with "LONDON POSTAGE/[crown]/149/CUSTOMS" hss.
