1854-1890's: Group of 44 Indian QV stamps used in Burma, with early litho/typo stamps up to 4a. (cut-to-shape, used Toungoo with "B/181" numeral), and further issues bearing various types of Burmese postmarks. The quality is found mixed (from stamps with (small) faults to superb), but nevertheless a good group with several fine and/or scarce postmarks from Akyab to Sittang and Toungoo.

1902/1904 Two covers from BUSHIRE to Bombay, with 1902 cover franked India QV 1a. and 1904 cover bearing India KEVII. 2a6p., both cancelled by squared BUSHIRE c.d.s. and with resp. arrival datestamp. Both covers were opened roughly (as usual). In addition an Indian domestic cover from Boree Bandar to Agra bearing East India ½a. (Image)

1915 Censored and registered double-weight cover from Bandar Abbas to Berne, Switzerland via Bombay, franked on back by nine India KGV. ½a. green (two block of four and single) all tied "BANDAR-ABBAS/20 OC 15" c.d.s., the single stamp also by Bern arrival datestamp, with Bombay censor stripe and "PASSED CENSOR BOMBAY/25" handstamp in violet (front). 1898/1904 Two inland covers bearing ½a. stamps Perf 12½, with an early cover from Karachi with ½a. narrow margins, the other from Las Bela to Karachi with ½a. black on pale blue with wide margins (1904), tied by respective datestamps. The later stamp used damaged (separated margin at foot) and covers with usual imperfections, good/fine.
