1854-55 Lithographs 4a group with a very fine cut-square example stated to be First Printing SG 18 with part of the Coat of Arms Watermark (Cat £1100), and six cut-to-shape examples - two on a single piece with boxed 'INDIA/PAID' h/s in red - in various states of decrepitude.

1882-90 'INDIA' ½a green with Dramatic Double Print SG 85a, ironed-out horizontal crease, large-part o.g., Cat £1700. BPA Certificate (2015). [Fans of 'Outer Limits' will remember: do not adjust the television!]
1903 two presentation pages (131x194mm) with QV values to 5r plus KEVII 3p ½a & 1a all affixed & tied by multiple superb strikes of 'CORONATION-DURBAR/DELHI/1JA03/12-NOON/CENTRAL-HEAD-OFFICE' cds that are so perfect they must have been printed. (22)
1948 Gandhi Commemoration 1½a (rounded corner) to 10r SG 305-8 tied to local cover by two strikes of the 'IGATPURI/30AUG/1948' cancellation, small repaired tear at the top.
OFFICIALS: 1909 'On/H S/M' Overprints on KEVII High Values die proof of the overprint in black on stamp-size piece of glazed card affixed to a piece from the printers' day book endorsed "Oct 12/96 leads" & in red "Nov 16 08" & a diagonal red line across the proof. Ex De La Rue Archives.
FRENCH POST OFFICES: 1874 cover to Paris "Voie Anglaise/par Brindisi" with East India 8p purple, 2a orange & 4a green tied by two largely very fine strikes of the 'PONDICHERRY/APR:17 - M-19' duplex with superb 'PD' h/s in black alongside, transit b/s of 'SHOLAPORE/9APR', 'BOMBAY/20AP' & an incomplete Sea Post Office cds, minor repaired tear at the top clear of the stamps, docketed at U/L "Karikal 13 Avril".
