POs in Nepal: 1923 Registered Insured cover franked KGV 2a (6) tied by 'Nepal 14 JUN 23' cds, with reg label & wax seals, another stamp removed? To England from 'General Sir Baber Shum Sher Shingha Durbar Nepal'. Did not go far as endorsed 'Suspected to contain article other than documents returned to office of posting vedi clause 214, 218' & signed. Was insured for £40 so obviously not documents. Very interesting usage. (P)
