1817-19 THIRD ANGLO-MARATHA WAR GROUP OF LETTERS - an account of the fighting etc on thirty sides dated between May 1817 to Mar. 1819 by PD Otley, one of which (no postmarks) is addressed to 'P E Otley, Navy Office, Somerset House' (My ever Dearest Father), written at Camp Rumjengaum and elsewhere.
