Hong Kong, The magnificent specialised collection of the 1938 Stamp Duty 5c. green formed by Mr. Orsetti, offered intact (except for the immediately preceding lot), comprising unused and used stamps as well as a range of envelopes showing the different dates the stamp was authorised for postal usage and a number of destinations and usages, with multiple and mixed frankings and registered and commercial usages, a couple branch offices, including a commercial single franking from Stanley to Canton and airmail envelope to England with gutter block of ten, as well as forged envelopes (3), a wonderful assembly formed over many years (24 stamps + approx. 40 covers).
