1672-1846 FINE STAMPLESS MAIL GROUP - much of a Scottish flavour, inc. 1672 EL to London ex Hemsworth, Derbys. with "MA/10" Bishop mark [ex Willcocks]; 1786 EL to Edinburgh with fair rare dated "PENNY POST NOT PAID*E·"; 1805 EL used in London (?) with "In All" and redirected Camberwell to Peckham; 1818 free E to Aberdeen with large part blue framed "MINTLAW/554 - E"; Jan. 1839 much-redirected EL to Edinburgh with "NEW PITSLIGO" & "CROSS" s/line plus multiple cds of London, Edinburgh and ABERDEEN, finally forwarded to Nice; 23 Dec. 1839 uniform fourpenny post period EL ex Easdale Isle to Edinburgh with '4', OBAN and Edinburgh ds on the back; and 1846 EL to Glasgow paid '4' cash plus red handstruck "PAID/6d/EXTRA" for a total of 10d.
