Ex Nabarro, whose 1947 note on reverse confirms “Miss M. Carey, the present/P.M.G. of the Falkland Islands/informs me that this telegram/is in the handwriting of/Mrs. Sullivan, who was/at that time (1912-13)/in charge of the telephone/office.”.
