Duttia : Cover from Duttia to Kotah franked with 1899-1906 ¼a rose-red on front and on back along with Duttia 1a blue postal fiscal all tied by native Duttia hooded cds with oval "KOTAH / 2 FE 10 / UNPAID" strike in green and "KOTAH / 2 FE 10" delivery cds on reverse.
