Nice Boer Collection Group, consisting of eleven covers or cards, five are Great Britain registered entires (most uprated with penny Lilac #89), several ppcs one from a German Corps member engaged in the siege of Ladysmith with hand drawn illustration, two New Zealand Contingent items one back to Canterbury NZ from member of the "New Zealand Mounted Rifles", scarce Transvaal franked to the United States, several with various TPO strikes, an extremely interesting and diverse group, viewing recommended, most are Fine-Very Fine.

Correspondence to an Officer doing Garrison Duty at Halifax, N.S., Mar 1900-Sept 1902 correspondence addressed to to "Capt WH Murray/ Royal Canadian Regt/ Wellington Barracks/ Halifax N.S." from his fiancee, six covers with letters on quadrille pages with notations concerning mailing dates and short quotes/ comments from the letters basically indicating the good Captain's fiancee was getting a bit weary waiting for his assignment to finish so a wedding date could be sent, also mentioning arrival of other contingents, measles ("...a wonder you did not try for a more manly sickness..."), etc., Fine group (see online scans)
