The contents (fully transcribed) by a Joseph Carter and datelined at San Geronimo (Guatemala) who gives explanation into the difficulties of sending mail the Revolution having so crippled all communication....the reason is clear, the roads are infested with these brutal Indians and they destroy everything that comes their way.
