1919-20 COMMERCIAL/PHILATELIC MAIL GROUP: Includes c.1919 undated local env. with signed Postmaster handstamp & negative 'Imperial Eagle' seal, postage having been prepaid (due to lack of stamps), 19 Apr. 1920 philatelic local cover bearing 3r violet (tree) SG 16 and 15r on 1k orange SG 20b (cat. £170 used), undated 1920 civilian PPC to Sussex with Georgian franking alongside "BRITISH CONSULATE/BATOUM" cachet in violet.
