1942 450th Anniversary of Landing of Columbus 5s. reddish lilac and blue (ordinary paper) right hand pane of 48 stamps, displaying enlarged 'V' (R10/2) and 'broken base of oval' (R10/4) varieties. 1863-2013 predominately mint collection arranged in a stockbook including 1863-77 1d., 4d, 1921-7 to £1 and from KGVI to date largely complete. Mostly fair to fine. (hundreds)

1901-29 Staircase issues (108 stamps), some blocks but mostly singles, a few used. All have been selected for varieties, with many being the R1/12 half extra tree-trunk or R5/8 whole extra tree-trunk. Nearly all with the variety indicated, or obvious by virtue of sheet position. Mostly lower values but a 2/- (Script) with R1/12 and a 3/- (CC) with R5/8 noted, and an example of SG 90a, a most useful lot, mainly fine with just a few oxidised

1902-52 small group of varieties with KE VII 6d Crown CA mint pair, lightly toned gum, R6/6 malformed 'E'; two KG V 6d MCA singles, part and large part o.g., same variety; KG VI ½d green part o.g., R9/6 LP elongated 'E', and Landfall ½d same variety, large part o.g.; 1952 ½d brown-purple unmounted o.g. block, lower right stamp with same variety; 1941 2d scarlet used with R3/6 RP short 'T', small inkmark at base (Image)

1937-52 KG VI used collection (115) on leaves, a very mixed bag with some difficult stamps; 2d grey short 'T' with light fiscal cancel, 2d scarlet short 'T' (fine), 1942 5/- striated paper but rather washed. Requires careful viewing
