Mint and used mounted in 5 Scott Specialty albums; begins with a very nice selection of used 1849-78, Scott 1-38 (high values) with very useful duplication (the 5fr, #39 is correctly noted as a forgery), continues with a strong showing of the 30s and 40s including 221 with Anvers FD, semi-postals are fairly complete from 1910 and on with souvenir sheets, extensive BOB with Airs, Special Deliveries, almost complete Newspapers missing P31, comprehensive Parcel Posts with 5 mint 1915 items that need checking, Belgian Congo is well represented from 1886 and on with additional Ruanda-Urundi and Burundi added; overall a wonderfully presented and clean collection that can be further expanded upon, owner's approximately cat $21,000.
