"4d" scored through in red lines and 10d written in red crayon alongside, Postage Dues 6d green BW #D55 & Bicolour 4d red and green #D85 affixed and pen cancelled, manuscript endorsement "Refused/17.3.10", DLO backstamp in red, 'SURVEYOR GENERAL'S' cachet in blue applied on delivery.
