6d Chestnut Overprinted 'OS' with Overprint inverted, BW #23(OS)c (SG #O133a, £75,000), cto, Cat $60,000. RPSL certificate (1984). The error was caused by the insertion of the stamp upside-down into a mended sheet, tags on the back confirm this. The only recorded example. (Image1)
