1894 Cover to Lady Cowell at Buckingham Palace, redirected to Yorkshire, with 1d lilac tied by "IONA / 446" c.d.s (Aug 31), with light violet "S.S CASTLE" cachet, the first word of the ship's name unfortunately unclear, but an early cachet and clearly unrecorded in the book "British Pleasure Steamer Cachets".
