German States: Baden 1862-65 30 Kr yellow orange, good perforations, tied by "12" (Bischofsheime a Rh) in 5-ring postmark together with Austria 5 Kr , cancelled by PECEL 15/4 c.d.s. on large envelope bearing RECOM handstamp and 2 manuscript, to Prag (cover opened a bit rough, not affecting stamps which is a bit soiled on reverse, intact red seal and Prag ?/4 10A receiver. Extremely rare and nice combination.
