Germany Scott 65B Used 3pf. "Vineta" with 1975 Brettl Certificate - Michel 67D, used on piece from original block of 4. A 1972 Brettl certificate also accompanies showing this stamp was the lower left. Piece is back-stamped Pfenninger. 1975 Brettl cert states the stamp is in perfect unaltered condition. Also includes other documentation like the sales receipt from Richard Pyznar (1988), Linns news articles from 1988, and translations. Rare and missing from many German collections.
