Germany. Germany > Nuremburg: "Judea Capta" imitation copper jeton (ND), circa. 1600; by Hans Krauwinkel; 28mm, 2.95g. Imitation of original Roman victory coinage celebrating their triumph over the Jews & conquest of Palestine (Judea). Obverse: captive Jewess weeping to the right of a palm tree, victorious emperor on left; Latin legend "Ivdea Capta" ("Judea Captured") above. Reverse: bust of Emperor Vespasian. In Fine condition; JM-94.

Obverse: Moses facing left with long, pointed beard & upraised horns; legend "DER• HER• IST• MEIN• STERCK• VN• LOBSANG• VN• IST• MEI• HEIL*" and "MO ISE" on either side, "•EX•15•" below & Hebrew word "Moses" on collar. Reverse: square with 4 lined Hebrew legend "Shall Have no Other G-D Before Me"(?) and "•EXODVS•Zo•" below; "DV•SOLT KE" / "IN•ANDER•" / "GOTTER•N" / "EBEN•MIR H" around square.
