10 Pfg. bright-purple-red and 20 Pfg. violet ultramarine, Jaluit-issue, by twos copies, fresh colors and faultless on very decorative commercially used, correctly franked cover from "JALUIT Marshall Islands 10.9, 98" (day specification inverted) to Mr. Governor Dr. Irmer high-born in Berlin with arrival postmark. Mr. Dr. Irmer was to 1897 governor on the Marshall Islands and after in the foreign office in Berlin engaged. A decorative and both philatelic as also historical very interesting and rare cover!
