Mostly independent French but does include UK Trust Territory (Scott 66-77), a couple German, and about 140 French Cameroun. Includes Scott 239-54, 280-1, 343-51, 893a and B2-6 unused, and B7-9 used, and several modern mint sets that might help a dealer stock or collection. Some mixed condition but generally F-VF.
