Building series 1949 complete on four stamp test cards the regional Directorate of Post Freiburg, all uniform used "FREIBURG (BREISGAU) -GÜNTERSTAL 2.3.53. ". These stamp test cards were in the year 1953 through decree published in the gazette from different regional Directorate of Posts produced. They are nearly exclusive with the posthorn issue of the Federal Republic of Germany known. With this building series is a large Berlin rarity!
