Specialised collection of registration stamps written-up on album pages, with over 200 mint and used stamps, including 2c orange, orange-red and vermilion mint, another orange-red mint never hinged, 5c yellow-green mint, 8c dull blue mint and bright blue used, then the scarce perf 12x11½ 7x 2c and 2x 5c used, many other perforation categories not listed in Gibbons, also interesting postmark studies with cds date series, fancy types, etc, as well as examples of constant plate varieties, flaws, etc. An excellent collection of these issues with lots of interesting and attractive stamps. Canada, Used accumulation. A vintage stockbook stuffed with about 1000 QV small queens. This is a specialist's work in progress, with occasional postal history, fancy cancels galore incl. purple sunburst and superb unlisted cork each on 1c yellow strips of three, 'jumbo' examples inc. 5c strip of five, postmark studies inc. inverted or reversed digits, better printings and shades with an excellent range of the 10c inc. Extensive collection of the 1875-1892 registration issues, with over 800 stamps, including perforation types in far more depth than the SG listings, plating studies, lots of good shades, fancy cancels in varied colours, as well as superb cds examples. Key stamps include 2c shades mint and mint never hinged, 2c rose-carmine with purple bar cancel, 8c bright blue and dull blue each with two used examples, etc. A very exciting collection for the Canada specialist, please inspect.
