As per the accompanying census photocopy (mock-up) of all known items in this sheet, this is not only the largest block known, but the bottom block has the best possible centering, as most of the stamps in this sheet are off-centre, due to the "diagonal slant" of the vertical perforations. Fine-very fine overall and rare. A very desirable item.
