Cover bearing 3d bright red (1) and 6d mustard yellow (2d), each cancelled by oval grid, indistinct blue New Brunswick (12.16) origin cds, reverse with Catham N.B. (12.16.1851) and St. Johns (12.22) transits, red "Paid" straightline and manuscript "15" rating, "San Francisco, 13 Feb" arrival cds, red "Advertised" and "Not Called For" straightline handstamps, black "1" cent due handstamp for advertising fee; cover faulty, 6d slightly discolored and small closed tear, Fine, ex-Morton, Argenti, Cartier, "Foxbridge", Koh, Hackmey, with 1999 B.P.A. certificate.
