28,35,37: 12½¢ blue plus 1¢ and 3¢ Small Queen in combination franking, tied by indistinct 2-ring cancels to DOUBLE WEIGHT 16¢ rate cover (twice the British Packet 8¢ per ½oz rate, overpaid by ½¢) from Stratford 9 MR '74 to ENGLAND, carried on Cunard Line's 'Abyssinia' (left New York MR 11, arrived Queenston 20 MR), with Birmingham 24 MR transit and Upton-on-Severn 25 MR arrival on reverse, backflap partially missing and some stamp perforation faults, quite a flamboyant MIXED ISSUE FOREIGN RATE cover and THE ONLY ONE RECORDED WITH THIS FRANKING.
