Rated 2/2 stg in red ms (1/- inland plus 1/2 stg packet postage to Halifax). Converted to 2N9 cy in red ms (2/5 cy plus 4d cy inland postage). Superb HALIFAX fleuron 16 AU 1815 in black. Carried on 'Princess Mary' packet (Falmouth 16 Jul, Halifax 15 Aug). Small tear at seal and minute tape stains otherwise fine. (Image)
