1860 8½c and 12½c Queen Victoria, each in a right margined plate block of four, with full plate inscription in right selvedge, both mint never hinged with tiny natural gum imperfections, still a fine or better pair of plate blocks. The 8½c block has a vertical row of blind perfs, giving the impression of imperforate and the 12½c block has perf separation in the margin only. (Image)
