1935 10c Carmine Rose R.C.M.P. with "Broken Leg" Variety, mint never hinged with sheet margin at bottom, a wonderfully well centered stamp, with large margins and lovely freshness, extremely fine. An excellent stamp for the varieties collector or collector who only buys the very best quality. Rare in any condition and widely believed to be the finest recorded example of this popular variety.

13c Charlottetown Large Unhardened Die Proof, in colour of issue on India paper (88 x 76 mm) sunk-in on card (127 x 135 mm), without die number and imprint, but with Postmaster General approval notes, signature and dated handstamp (APR.27.1935) on back. The die proofs sold at the ABN Archives sale all had imprints. Unique and very fine.
