Plane Crash Cover, Armstrong, Ontario. On February 6th, 1941 a Trans-Canada Airlines flight from Montreal to Winnipeg crashed at Armstrong, killing all 12 people on board. Recovered mail received a "Salvaged From T.C.A. Wreck of Feb 5/41" hand stamp. Also has 2 "Airmail Section, Winnipeg District, 12 APR.1941" cds hand stamps. (Image)
