1859 Blue envelope with red embossed Legislative Council "Crown" Canada cameo on backflap, mailed from Toronto to Hamilton bearing the very rare the octagonal framed Registered at the Legislative Council of Canada "Crown" handstamp in dark blue (Davis LC-6), straightline REGISTERED and FREE handstamps in black; countersigned at bottom left and showing Hamilton MR 24 1859 receiver backstamp.
