Noted a few varieties not listed in van Dam, one Ontario and two different British Columbia Liquor Control Board stamps.. French War Savings Stationery Form with Stamps, containing 12x 25c stamps (some glued-on with residue) from FWS6 to FWS14. This is a folding pre-addressed form envelope, meant to be filled with stamps and mailed-in to the War Savings Department in Ottawa. It was obtained from the "Julius Kayser & Co. Limited" in Sherbrooke Qué. The form is filled with useful information, rate tables, etc. A rare French document and the first we have handled.
