A partial “Supposed Liable to / Customs Duty” hs and a US registry number “9074” at top. The sender’s last name is Sterling. The Canada Census of 1901 records a Winnifred and Ethel Sterling in the Yukon, both noted as married but with no male Sterlings on record. A rare use of the 20¢ Numeral, especially from the Klondike.
