1860 12½c Black Queen Victoria with Constant Plate Varieties, a mint horizontal strip of four with full original never hinged gum. This is reported to be from positions 35-38, with the left stamp showing an incomplete frameline at bottom and the right stamp having an incomplete scroll at upper left.
