Unrecorded used by Ron Butler & the only recorded example so it should be rated RRRRRR. Ex Colonel Harry Napier (III). Because the overprint is well off-centre to the right, it might be thought that it coud be from another user, with the second letter omitted. However, it is not a marginal stamp and, so any 'missing letter' would be present at left. In addition, it is cancelled at Port Adelaide, from where most used Customs stamps originate.
