1941 cover sent registered to London from Patna, India, (16 MY 41) that was in an unidentified crash. A 'SALVED FROM THE SEA' cachet is on the front of the cover, a block of four 4a & a 1a are on the back. The London arrival date was 10 Aug, so three month transit. (Image)
