Official Mail all-different used selection including 1917 KGV 'Star' 1d red for Metropolotan Board of Water Supply Sydney window-face envelopes x2 (one long-format), 1923 KGV 'Star' 2d red with 'OS' in die for Commonwealth Sub-Treasury Sydney, KGV Oval 1½d red with 'OS' in die x2 for Commonwealth Sub-Treasury Melbourne (different inscriptions), KGV Oval 2d red x12 for various Commonwealth Sub-Treasury offices (including x8 with 'OS' on die) plus Education Department long envelopes x2, then various KGVI & QEII envelopes stamped-to-order with 'OHMS' or similar printed endorsements including 1967 4c red for Australian Services Canteens Organisations & 6c red for Apprenticeship Commission but re-fashioned as return envelope for State Superannuation Board (unused), condition generally fine to very fine. 1928 KGV Oval ½d orange, 1d green, 1½d red & 2d brown ACSC #E29 30 31 & 33, the 2d flap partly adhered, CTO with part-'GPO/MELBOURNE' cds struck largely off the envelopes as usual, Cat $1100. Unissued. [Sets were distributed through the UPU. Otherwise, the ½d & 1d were used only for Stamped-to-Order issues, and the 2d was not utilised at all] (Qty 4)
