1928 KGV Oval ½d orange, 1d green, 1½d red & 2d brown ACSC #E29 30 31 & 33, the 2d flap partly adhered, CTO with part-'GPO/MELBOURNE' cds struck largely off the envelopes as usual, Cat $1100. Unissued. [Sets were distributed through the UPU. Otherwise, the ½d & 1d were used only for Stamped-to-Order issues, and the 2d was not utilised at all] (Qty 4)
