Kenya, Uganda & Tanganyika: 1931 (Apr 17) cover Mwanza to Moree NSW endorsed to join Imperial Airways second trial flight ex London, which departed Apr 25 1931, and to that end departed on Northbound service ex Mwanza Apr 21 (flight AN7), but owing to inclement weather in Southern Sudan the flight was delayed eight days, thereby missing the London departure, franked with Tanganyika issues for aggregate correct 2/- per ½oz rate, datestamp ties also the Par Avion etiquette, backstamped Sydney (Jun 6), small flap tear.
