Finland 1899 Dec.30 small cover sent från Turku, Finland to Stockholm by steamships Bores, franked with 5p green Coat of Arms canceled 30 Dec. 1899 Turku. On reverse with rose label "Tillhör Ångf. Bores post" (Belongs to the steamship Bore's post) and handwritten "Bore förliste i svenska skärgården natten före nyårsdagen 1900, postsäckarna upp hämtades sedan med dykare" (Bore sank in the Swedish archipelago the night before New Year's Day 1900, the mailbags were then picked up by divers). The cover is damaged due to someone tearing off the stamp and then pasting it back. Still an interesting item. $0 (Image)
