R.P.S. certificate (2016) notes the "vertical overprint rubbed as usual". Ex Baillie. S.G. 60d, cat. £1,700+. One pane of 120 stamps had received an initial sideways overprint in error and after this had been partially removed a second overprint correctly applied.
