A mint and used Australia collection from 1913-1971 #1/#416, housed in a beautiful Davo album with slip case cover. Included are 1913 watermark crown issues, complete to 2sh, 1914-15 watermark small crown complete to 1sh, 1915-28 watermark narrow crown 2d/2sh (no 2 1/2d) with duplication, an extensive George V section, and virtually complete onwards. Very attractive collection with a high overall catalogue value. Includes a couple used Dues, and some Australian Antarctic Territory. Just the Roos and KGVI at the front of the album catalogue for $1,120 alone, plus a whole lot more. Please see photos. A quality collection with some interesting varieties including dies, different papers, different printers, corner and inscription blocks, coils, Dues, Navigators to 2 pounds. Contains many blocks, including #166 nh block of 9 (3x3) with retouched sky at right of MR stamp, #175 nh (small offset) UL block of 4, #175 nh LR margin, #374-#379 nh (2- #377, 2- #378), #J71-#J80 mint/mnh, plus much, much more. Also included are some mint and used New Zealand including Officials. Overall this collection is at least f-vf throughout, with a catalogue value of $2,800. Housed in a green Stanley Gibbons album. Roos and KGV have not been watermarked, and have been catalogued as the cheapest watermark variety ($540+). Other than the Roos and KGV, this collection has been catalogued at .25c a stamp (1,000 stamps). Housed in a quality green "The Favourite Philatelic Album".
