A ripper!

Osterr-Ungar Gefangene / in Siberien' imprint on the flap, to Pomerania with 4c on 10pf & 10c on 20pf tied by 'TIENTSIN' cds, red & black/white R label, 'WITZMITZ' arrival b/s, light vertical fold. [From late-1915, all POW mail was sent unstamped]
TAIWAN: 1942 Japanese Occupation British unstamped postcard to "2078653 Sapper MA Rooney, 288th Field Coy Royal Engineers, Singapore...c/- Japanese Red Cross, Tokyo" with 'NORWICH/NORFOLK' cancel, crowned 'PASSED/P.W.5917' British censor cachet in magenta, on arrival in Singapore endorsed "OVS 27/10/42" by the Bureau of Records & Enquiry at Changi for forwarding to an overseas camp, censored with Japanese boxed Sazawa Unit censor cachet in violet and marked "1 Ei" in red crayon characters to indicate Camp 1 English for Kinkaseki Camp in northern Taiwan, couple of minor blemishes. [Most next-of-kin were not advised where POWs were held until late-1942, but from January 1943 onwards mail from Great Britain was usually addressed directly to Taiwan]
