However, after that turns remarkably clean with much NH. This impressive assembly includes pages and pages of expansion which includes multiples, plate blocks, overprint varieties, cancels, Officials, Entires, Postal Cards, Japanese occupation, etc. There is some duplication, yet it only adds to the ambience of the group. An elementary Philippines 1864//1989 mostly mint collection in a Minkus album. Lightly populated until the 1930's then picks up speed after that then appears virtually complete to include the elusive modern issue up to 1989. Condition a bit mixed, good starter group. (Image)
