Philippines Spanish-American War Postal History Collection Balance, approximately 150 covers with a few additional stamps on pieces, large part with Miltary Station postmarks including Iloilo, Angeles, San Fernado, Manila, Cavite, Vigan, Bacolod, Zamboanga, Daugupan, etc, the frankings include trans-Miss to 1c-5c and 8c(faulty), bureaus both overprinted and unoverprinted, postal stationery entires, penalty envelopes as well as postal cards, various Patriotics, railroad, registered, soldier's mail, scarcer military station receiving strikes, postage due uses, great destinations including England, Sumatra, Germany, Chefoo China etc, may be a couple Cuba or other related, very mixed condition with many having major faults, majority with original auction descriptions or detailed identification, great for reasearch or the online seller, many are Fine or better.

Two US Transport Sheridan Naval Covers, each with printed illustrated c/c "Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Headquarters for US Transport Sheridan, bound for Manila via Suez Canal", both uneven at left, one franked with 2½d Gibraltar stamp tied by MR 5 1899 duplex, other with one Piastre Egypt stamp tied by 15 Mar 1899 Port Said postmark, both addressed Peaksville VA, an unusual and Fine pair.

Great Britain to Philippines to Netherlands, with 2 1/2d G.B. stamp tied indistinct JY 21 99 postmark, addressed to Cebu Philippine Islands redirected to Vlaandingen Netherlands, very scarce group of receiving and transit strikes including Mil P Sta No 4 Cebu (Black and Purple), Mil Sta No 1 Manila, Received and Mil Sta No 4 Cebu Rec'd, and Hong Kong, very unusual to have multiple transit receiving strikes, Very Fine.
