CIVILIAN MAIL TO AND FROM MACAU:April 1942 env sent by a Portuguese resident in Macau to Kowloon. 17 Aug 1942 env. with 20s from Kowloon P.O. to Macau with typed "WRITTEN IN ELGLISH" to conform with the regulations which stated that the language used should be indicated on mail sent overseas.
