1916 Registered P.O.W. Cover To Hungary Forwarded via US Postal Agency in Shanghai, addressed to Vacz (Hungary) and routed through NY City and eventually returned to China, multitude of transit and arrival postmarks along withg U.S. censor  and "Inconnu" labels along with various signatures of letter carriers who were unsuccessful in their attempts to deliver the letter, Very Fine and unusual.
