Twelfth Nationalist Congress of the Kuomintang prepared for use but not issued $2 multicoloured depicting Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Chiang Kai-sek with the Nationalist and Kuomintang flags, pristine unmounted mint. A great rarity, of which only a handful of examples are believed to exist - of the five surviving examples, one is reportedly in the Republic of China Postal Museum. See note following Scott 2231.
